North Park is a mostly residential neighborhood in the northern portion of Dallas, Texas. The neighborhood is directly east of the Dallas Love Field Airport bounded by Lovers Lane, Inwood Road, Mockingbird Lane, and Lemmon Avenue. Located right next to the airport, the area is perfect for employees working in the area who are looking for a home close to work. Like most neighborhoods in the region, residents also enjoy direct access to Downtown Dallas via the Dallas North Tollway. Although mostly residential there are also a selection of commercial establishments and buildings throuhgout the community. Residents also enjoy easy access to schools, a public park, churches, stores, and dining establishments spread throuhgout the neighborhood.

There’s a diverse selection of real estate options available to buyers looking to buy a new home in the neighborhood. There are multi-family residential developments such as apartments and conos within the community. The majority of the supply in the area though are single-family homes built during the 1940s.
